Erica Ciara Linzey Lives in 2nd Most Educated City

The pride of Erica Ciara Linzey in her hometown of Davis, California in the United States originates from a variety of its positive attributes, but exteriorly Linzey can take some gratification from Davis’ ranking as the second most educated city in the United States from the 2006 Money Magazine survey. Davis city-proper area abuts the University of California, Davis campus, which has a yearly enrollment of over 36,000 students as of 2015. Many UCD students live in the city of Davis, and perhaps, due to their influence, bicycling has become a primary means of transportation in Davis, giving rise to the United States Bicycling Hall of Fame.

Erica Ciara Linzey

A pro-bicycle majority was elected to the City Council of Erica Ciara Linzey’s Davis, California in 1966, leading to an extensive network of bike lanes, bike paths and separate bicycle crossings. Davis is known today as a pioneer in the establishment of cycling stations. Davis was named a Platinum Level city by the League of American Bicyclists in 2005, and designated the Best Small Town for Cycling by Bicycling Magazine in 2006. The UC Davis Cal Aggie Cycling Team won the national road cycling contest in 1996, 2001, 2006 and 2009 and in 2007 UC Davis won the bicycle parade entry numbers with 822 bicycles. At only 52 feet above sea level and in flatlands, the many bicyclists which proliferate like locusts in Davis are often obscured by a thick ground fog called tule in fall and winter. This fog is responsible for a large proportion of accidents in winter.
